Our story begins at the intersection of critical care medicine and professional management. As a Consultant Anaesthetist and Intensivist, I have spent my career managing life-saving interventions in the ICU. However, I realized that clinical expertise alone isn't enough to transform healthcare; it requires robust Information Systems and strategic Management. This project, part of my degree at the University of Macedonia (PAMAK), is the culmination of that journey—bridging the gap between the stethoscope and the digital dashboard to ensure a safer, more efficient healthcare future for everyone.
